Brand delivery and return policy
- Free worldwide shipping from £180.
- Please note that all the items in the shop are made to order and production can take 1 week before the items are being shipped.
- We ship our products worldwide and do our best in order to make sure the customer get their parcels on time.
- DHL or Royal Mail - tracking number will be provided after shipping the order, it available throughout the delivery route. Shipping will take 5 - 15 business days from the moment of sending.
- The order will be shipped to the address stated as shipping address. Incorrect shipping addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All the stated delivery periods are approximate, delays in delivery can not lead to the cancellation of the order.
- YTN №7 is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
- Any taxes, duties, fees, etc upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

All our items are handmade individually. Your piece will bear the same characteristics and dimensions, although it it might slightly vary in colour and texture from the photograph.
Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days from delivery. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage. Shipping costs are paid back by the customer and will only be reimbursed if the goods are faulty.

When we receive the returned goods we make sure the item is in unused condition. If the item was being used or somehow damaged the refund will be cancelled. If the item is undamaged, customer will receive the amount paid the same way as the purchase was made. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned items
We can't take responsibility for any missing or damaged parcels, so take care of packaging safety when returning your order

We stand by our product and all of our customers are entitled to a guarantee service for 1 year. Please take care of your new YTN №7 item and use it properly. We accept repairs within this year, all the delivery expenses are solely paid by the customer
