Free worldwide shipping on orders over £350.

Please note that all items in our shop are made to order. Production may take up to 1 week before shipping.

We ship worldwide and make every effort to ensure that customers receive their parcels on time.

Shipping carriers: DHL or Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, and tracking is available throughout the delivery process. Shipping typically takes 5–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

All stated delivery times are estimates. Delivery delays cannot be used as grounds for order cancellation.

YTN №7 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any import taxes, duties, or additional delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for customs duties charged by the destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
