返金ポリシー

Refunds/Exchanges:

All our items are handmade individually. Your piece will bear the same characteristics and dimensions, although it might slightly vary in colour and texture from the photograph.

Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days from delivery. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage. Shipping costs are paid back by the customer and will only be reimbursed if the goods are faulty.

If you wish to return an item, please contact YTN №7 LTD via email at info@ytn7.com or the contact form and we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

When we receive the returned goods we make sure the item is in unused condition. If the item was being used or somehow damaged the refund will be cancelled. If the item is undamaged, customer will receive the amount paid the same way as the purchase was made. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned items

We can't take responsibility for any missing or damaged parcels, so take care of packaging safety when returning your order

Guarantee:

We stand by our product and all of our customers are entitled to a guarantee service for 1 year. Please take care of your new YTN №7 item and use it properly. We accept repairs within this year, all the delivery expenses are solely paid by the customer
