• Free worldwide shipping on orders over £350.
• Please note that some items in our shop are made to order.
• We ship worldwide and make every effort to ensure that customers receive their parcels on time.
• Delivery is by courier. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, and tracking is available throughout the delivery process. Shipping typically takes 5–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• All stated delivery times are estimates. Delivery delays cannot be used as grounds for order cancellation.
• YTN №7 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Any import taxes, duties, or additional delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
