Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Use the form below to notify us. We will confirm receipt by email.

Our return window is 14 days from delivery. Goods must come back in the condition in which they were sent. Full terms are set out in our Refund policy.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you acquire possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the form on this page, write to info@ytn7.com, or post to YTN7 LTD, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You may also use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of the goods and reduction of the refund

You may handle the goods only as you would be allowed to in a shop: unpack them, examine them, try the piece on, and check the leather, the hardware and the zip. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

Every YTN №7 piece is made by hand and sold as new. An item that has been worn, carried or used shows marks on the leather and cannot be sold as new again. Where goods are returned in such condition, we will reduce the reimbursement by the amount by which their value has fallen, and that reduction may amount to the full price of the item. We will set out the reason for any reduction in writing, with photographs of the item as received.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised, for example items produced to your measurements or bearing a monogram you requested. It applies in full to all standard items from our collection.
