Shipping policy
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over £350.
- Please note that some items in our shop are made to order.
- We ship worldwide and make every effort to ensure that customers receive their parcels on time.
- Delivery is by courier. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, and tracking is available throughout the delivery process. Shipping typically takes 5–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- All stated delivery times are estimates. Delivery delays cannot be used as grounds for order cancellation.
- YTN №7 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Import duties and taxes: for most destinations, your country's import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
- Japan: prices shown on the site already include import duties and taxes, and nothing is added at checkout or on delivery.
- United Kingdom: prices include VAT. No import duties apply to UK deliveries.
- For a small number of destinations where duties cannot be collected at checkout, the checkout will show this, and any local import duties or taxes are charged by the courier on delivery and payable by the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
