Return window: 14 days from delivery. Within that period you may take a refund, or exchange the item or receive store credit if you prefer.
Goods must come back unused, in original condition and packaging. An item returned with signs of wear cannot be sold as new, and the refund may be reduced by up to the full price.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until the item is back with us or you provide proof of dispatch.
We offer a 1-year guarantee on all items; repair shipping costs are covered by the customer.
