The YTN №7 Backpack 197R is a minimalist 45×30×6 cm (17.7x11.8x2.4in) backpack, individually hand-cut and handcrafted in Islington, London, from vegetable-tanned Tuscan horse leather with a durable waxed cotton lining.

The Backpack 197R features a large main compartment, an interior zip pocket, and a spacious back pocket for quick access. Its simple rectangular form is perfect for carrying documents and a laptop, and the adjustable strap allows the 197R to be worn as a backpack or slung over the shoulder as a bag. Finished with custom-forged blued steel hardware and hand-stitched detailing.

Materials in this piece

Every YTN №7 piece — every bag, backpack, box, belt and necklace without exception — carries a unique serial number and the signature of the maker, and is delivered in signature packaging. Nothing is produced in batches: each item is individually hand-cut, hand-constructed and hand-stitched in the Islington workshop, so no two pieces are identical.

We ship worldwide via DHL or Royal Mail. Orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–5 business days. Production may take up to 1 week.
Free shipping on orders over £350. Delivery takes 5–15 business days from dispatch.
